"Good Stress, or Bad, Learn How To Work With It." (1/2 Day Program)
The key to understanding stress is realizing stress is in our minds. It is simply the way we perceive events and situations. The same situation can cause different stress reactions in different people
This program will build on the positive you are already doing, as well as offer options to the negative things we now do.
“TIME OUT!” Seminar content includes:
Where stress comes from
The symptoms of stress
Options to reduce stress and
A personal action plan to manage stress
At the end of the seminar, participants will know:
What is causing the stress at this moment in their lives
What steps they can take to reduce stress
How to handle the stress they are experiencing
Scheduling Information “Time Out!” is a half-day (3 hr) program. Due to the content it is best to keep attendance at 20 - 40 attendees to encourage participation. Additional seminars can then be set on consecutive days to reach all employees.
It is estimated that stress cost American businesses, $300,000,000,000.00 (that’s 300 hundred billion dollars) annually due to poor productivity, conflict, mistakes, days off work and increased medical cost.

“I have been receiving very positive feedback from staff who
recently attended Donna Baylor’s seminar, Cool, Calm & Competent.”
Comments ranged from ‘helpful’ to ‘hilarious.’ It please me greatly to
know that this will benefit (staff members) by enhancing skills that
can be used in daily interactions with friends, family and co-workers.
